Thursday:  "The Cross:  A Place of Comfort & Conviction",  John Friedman, Forest Park United Methodist Church
 
Friday:  "The Resurrection:  A Place of Validity & Victory", Henry Hazard, Heritage Bible Church
 
The host church this year is Heritage Bible Church, 3380 State Avenue.  The services will begin at 12:00 noon and lunch served from 12:30 - 1:00 pm
 
Vacation Bible School 2007VBS
 
 

Please mark your calendars now for another exciting adventure in Vacation Bible School at Covenant!  Throughout the week, June 25th  - 29th, VBS kids will become "Sea Explorers" as they dive into the book of Jonah with Summer Seaquest.  The treasures they'll discover on this voyage will prove to be priceless as jewels of repentance and obedience are just some of the riches waiting to be found!  Be on the "lookout" for more information, including how to register and how you can help, or contact K.J. Youth Choir Garage Sale
 
Please hold on to those special items you're planning on giving away and donate them to the Youth Choir Garage Sale.  You may take them to the Youth House between April 1 - 20.  The sale is Saturday, April 21st.   All proceeds go to the our Spring Tour.

Congratulations to Sean Rast, son-in-law of Warren & Judy Kline, on his selection as the ROTC instructor for the Virginia Military Institute.  Sean will also be coaching the softball and swimming teams and is a member of the Army swim team which competes at the Olympic level.
