"Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing."  1 Thessalonians 5:11, ESV

Our desire for Small Group Fellowships here at Covenant Presbyterian Church is to pursue our Christian Education goal (Ephesians 4:11-16) by discipling people, in a small, non-threatening environment, where people can grow in Christ through:

bulletBible instruction — study and discuss God’s Word together
bulletFellowship — meet new people and other believers and get to know them better
bulletCaring/concern for one another
bulletReaching out to our neighbors, co-workers, new members, and visitors.
bulletPraying for one another

Who can I contact to get more information and how do I get started?

You may contact any of the Small Group Leaders directly

You do not necessarily need to call ahead; you are welcome to attend anytime.

Is there a nursery provided or children welcome at any of the Small Groups?

There are no nurseries, except for groups that meet on Wednesday night, but check with the different small group leaders to see if other options are available.

Women in the Church

Fellowship Circles
Circles are a pivotal point for women’s ministry at Covenant. They serve as conduits for the prayer chain, meal ministry, baby showers, and other ministry. There are opportunities for prayer, Bible study, and fellowship. They will minister to you and provide you an opportunity to explore ways you feel called to minister to others.

Christian Education Purpose

The purpose of Christian Education at Covenant Presbyterian Church is to glorify God by “preparing God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ” [Ephesians 4:12-13].

We desire that every ministry of the Christian Education program be oriented toward the discipleship and nurture of the saints through bonds of love [Ephesians 4:15-16].
